If you were in any doubt as to how many people there are out there taking street style pictures, take a look at this video of Paris street style pictures being taken at Paris Fashion Week.
Sadly wearing just a tad too much bronzer, but not enough to put Lindsay Lohan's fake tan to shame, British actress Catherine Zeta Jones partook in the one-shoulder fashion trend recently.

My comments in the fashion forums about Dsquared2's Spring/Summer 2009 feature pieces;
Good Lord this one lacks elegance:

Earned the following rebuke;
You can't make fun of DSquared for being slutty, that's like making fun of Stephen Hawking for being in a wheel chair.
Keira Knightley's style speaks poetic form. Knits and prints abound, paired with natural waves or severe updos: it seems to be the modern day, more stylish dress-sense of Virginia Woolf.

If you had any doubt that the sheer trend would transcend 2008's fashion trends to become a 2009 fashion trend, then you only need to look to Just Cavalli Spring/Summer 2009 at Milan Fashion Week for reassurance.

Channelling the foho / boho fashion and sheer fashion trends, actress Mischa Barton attended the Gift of Life IX Charity Ball in London.
Sometimes it's best not to change a winning formula, especially when it produces surprisingly hot results. Last year Gucci shot their jewellery campaign featuring Drew Barrymore with Inez and Vinoodh. Today almost a year to the day I stumbled across their new campaign featuring a more then usually attractive Claire Danes, but the ads felt slightly like I was experiencing deja vu.
Melbourne's so called 'incandescent' labels combined with a theatrical (or was it interpretive) runway show as the finale for Melbourne Spring Fashion Week's official parades. The show seemed to bring the cream of the crop of Melbourne's fashion community who created a tense atmosphere of great expectations for the featuring labels. For the most part these expectations were met, but also so were the anticipated duds.

Preppy is cool. Admittedly it has been for sometime, but the popularity of Gossip Girl has done the look no harm. Seeking to capitalise on it is designer Christian Francis Roth with his Spring-Summer 2009 collection for label Francis.
Or is he?
